ABOUT JOSH GLUCKMAN

I\'m a senior executive with deep experience leading enterprise-wide strategy, transformation, and customer-driven growth. I enjoy making strategy actionable, driving performance, and creating long-term value at scale.My background includes ten years leading Strategy & Transformation at Woolworths New Zealand, including seven years on the Executive Leadership Team. My remit spanned strategy, analytics, customer insights, transformation delivery, governance and special projects – with a focus on aligning culture, strategy and execution. Prior to that, I spent several years in management consulting, including with L.E.K. in Australia. Following a planned career break to spend time on family and in community governance roles, I have recently joined Air New Zealand in a Senior Leadership (GM) position focused on driving enterprise-wide strategy, value delivery and performance. This includes leading key planning, investment and delivery rhythms for one of NZ\'s most iconic organisations.I bring a unique mix of corporate leadership, consulting expertise, and hands-on transformation experience - underpinned by an analytical and customer-first mindset, a natural energy and bias for action, and a values-based leadership approach.
