I have 22+ Years in telco industry, currently employed with Ericsson in the customer unit supporting one of the big 3 Telcos in Canada in the Solutions Director role, engaged in overall solutions strategy for the customer. I engage with customer everyday, understand their pain-points and try and propose solutions for their issues. I work closely with Ericsson\'s product management team for specific customer requirements and influence product improvements and roadmaps. From years of experience, I understand the Telco business and being on the vendor side of the business throughout my career, I am abreast with constant innovations being brought about with every generation of wireless technology -2/3/4 & now 5G. I have constantly helped our Telco customers in the various transformations that they went through - from monolithic to virtualized systems and now to cloud native core and RAN, including O-RAN. My global experience include working with major operators in Canada and Middle East I have also had the privilege to work with many off-site multicultural teams, both for back-end and delivery activities.
