Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years PQE in a variety of roles and sectors, all in dynamic environments whether the businesses are growing organically or through acquisition. Since 2005, Andrew has focused on finance and project management roles, setting up his own company (BAFAH Limited) in 2008 and working for a variety of clients managing finance teams and projects of varying lengths and complexity. Roles are often facility and office related (fit outs, office moves), but also cover finance, customer services, logistics and supply chain, system implementations and upgrades as well as acquisition integration roles.Andrew is particularly focused on the people element of change, whether as a result of fast growth, acquisition, or the need to reset strategy based on the changing business climate. Specialties: Andrew is a very hands-on senior Manager, and is particularly able to deal with challenging business situations, managing and guiding people through change. Whether focusing on the finances of change or managing the operational day to day through that change, Andrew is able to work with all levels of the business from shop floor personnel to board level.
