Machine Learning Engineer at Amazon AGI, working on large-scale language models, reinforcement learning, and scalable data generation pipelines for foundation model training, offline learning, and mid-term optimization.My work focuses on post-training and RL-based improvement of large multimodal LLMs, including the design of decentralized distributed training frameworks and high-performance infrastructure. I’ve built systems for training and refitting 10B+ parameter models, significantly reducing iteration latency and enabling faster experimentation at production scale. I also contribute to research and rollout of techniques such as adaptive learning, budget-controlled reasoning, and inference-time scaling.Previously, I led and deployed production ML systems at DISH Network and Yandex Search, spanning LLM-powered pipelines, large-scale experimentation, and reinforcement learning for ranking and model quality.
