Previously managed commercial transaction across North America and APAC regions. Oversaw M&A deals, liaised with internal stakeholders, external counsels, and led integration activities. Assisted in the implementation and digitalization of contract review processes through a contract lifecycle management tool. Handled employment law matters across the EMEA region.
