Sitya is women lead company mainly focusing on production of high quality whole wheat atta and besan. We at Sitya carefully hand-pick the best quality of wheat grains from the best fields in MP. We believe in traditional ways of grinding for best quality and preservation of freshness hence we use traditional stone grinders (chakkis) to make our whole wheat atta. Our Besan is also made from top quality chana dal, which is unadultered with undiluted aroma and flavour.Our spices are also made in traditional ways, using pounding kandap method. These masalas are made by women from villages famous for their masalas. For example our Bedgi Lal Mirch masala is sourced from Bedgi village itself to keep its authenticity, similarly our Malvani Masala also is sourced from villages in Malvan. The pounding kandap method is used to preserve the essential oils of the spices.Our factory is maintained in utmost hygienic way approved by FSSAI, our products are also lab tested and certified by FSSAI. Our whole wheat atta, besan and spices are all pure, safe and healthy in every way possible with best nutritional benefits.Sitya women have a motto of providing families with pure relish through our products, to experience the best flavour in every meal.
