ABOUT AYESHA MUBSHRAH

I recently completed my PhD in Physics at the University of Bristol, where my research focused on the morphology and crystallographic texture of polycrystalline metallic thin films. My work investigated the relationship between surface morphology, nucleation, and grain growth using advanced characterisation techniques including AFM, HS-AFM, SEM, XRD, and EBSD. I have over three years of research experience as a Research Assistant and Researcher at institutions including Quantum Nanoscience Lab (QNS), South Korea, and COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, Pakistan. My training includes advanced nanoscale techniques such as ambient STM and low-temperature UHV STM-AFM for probing structural and electronic properties at the atomic scale. I also have more than three years of teaching experience at both college and university levels. I worked as a Physics Lecturer and Head of the Science Department, a Visiting Lecturer teaching Fundamentals of Physics and Calculus, and a Physics Lab Demonstrator at the University of Bristol, supporting undergraduate laboratory teaching.
