As the Plant Head at SURYA ENTERPRISE, one of the leading manufacturers of automotive components in India, I am responsible for overseeing the entire plant operations, from planning and procurement to delivery and customer satisfaction. I have over 11 years of experience in this role, and I have successfully led multiple projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the plant.Some of the key achievements that I am proud of include:Designing and implementing innovative tools and processes that reduced the production cost by 30% and increased the quality standards by 50%.Developing and managing a team of over 100 skilled and motivated employees, who consistently delivered high-performance results and exceeded the customer expectations.Expanding the market reach and reputation of the company by establishing and maintaining effective communication and relationship with the existing and potential customers, as well as the suppliers and vendors.My core competencies include supply chain management, manufacturing engineering, program management, marketing, representation, and customer communication.
