Currently working as a Human Resource Business Partner Lead in TCS from April 2019 and managing a team of 2 resources who help and support to manage the entire cluster headcount assigned to me. My primary role is to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day business activities by aligning business objectives with employees and management. My activities include conducting weekly meetings with business leaders to discuss on various business operational challenges and providing HR guidance whenever necessary. I also work on Handling resignation cases, NBGC cases and working on retaining hi-talent resources as required by the leadership. Also, driving performance management and talent management across the unit is a key focus. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations. Assisting employees with HR queries and also providing necessary help wherever needed. Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to business management (e.g, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). Also, responsible for handling exit formalities and retention of employees. Engaging employees in various engagement activities on monthly basis and also conducting HR sessions & townhalls to keep them updated regarding all HR policies and recent changes in the organization. Assisting Business Leaders by conducting sessions with offered candidates so as to keep them aligned and engaged with the organization till their Date of Joining. Performing various other duties as assigned. Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with TCS’s business goals and objectives. Provide strategic HRBP guidance to drive organizational growth and performance. Conduct regular HR metrics and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
