Industrial Engineer by education, I started my career in airline operations where I led and coordinated multiple teams to restore disrupted flight networks and improve on-time-performance. After 5 years, I decided to gain exposure to other industries and challenges. Therefore, on completing my MBA at the University of Texas at Austin, I joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant and worked on multiple turnaround projects in extractive industries, banking and healthcare. Shortly after promotion to Engagement Manager I decided to take the jump into the start-up world and leverage my commercial skills working at Inviu and leading strategic initiatives to develop the offshore business in Latin America. I have now returned to the airline industry, leading Aeromexico´s ecomm Product team. I have a solid and diverse business development and operational toolkit that allows me to alternate constantly between different challenges on different subjects. I thrive on clear objectives and motivated collaborative teams to achieve the most ambitious goals. On the personal side, I enjoy tennis and chess, guitar playing and reading.
