Experienced in Finance and Operations. As Sr. Managing Director Legal Operations Director at Dell Technologies, I lead teams who drive key strategic priorities for the Legal department to enhance the quality of Legal services in support of business outcomes. The first, is the data strategy, leading an in-house data science team responsible for delivering Business Intelligence and Risk Analytics solutions that integrate into Legal\'s risk management strategies and decision-making practices to augment the value of legal solutions we deliver to the company. Second, is the Spend & Matter Management functional team who support the velocity and accuracy of payments to law firms/vendors and provide timely insights to monitor/manage spend proactively by optimizing use of spend and matter management tools. Third, I lead the organizational and culture transformation as part of Legal\'s digital transformation strategy to modernize Legal services by empowering team members to operationalize innovation by embracing, adopting and developing new mindsets, skills and technologies. Prior experience includes leading Legal\'s talent strategy and performance expectations with a learning roadmap to foster learning and upskill Legal professionals. In addition, implementing a Risk Management Training Program and processes to create risk awareness, education and training for our business stakeholders.Prior Dell experiences are in the Finance organization. These include Corporate FP & A in providing P&L analysis, The Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) Finance team, driving key transformational and strategic initiatives for ESG, executing critical initiatives supporting R&D, Marketing, Sales, etc. and providing key performance metrics updates to leadership. Prior Dell experiences in Americas Accounting at Dell. Core responsibilities included Americas Balance Sheet coordinator and business unit liaison conducting risk analysis, quarter-end financial package, controls, process improvements, training, special projects, managing budget/forecasts and Ops Reviews.Prior Dell experience in Corporate FP & A team, OpEx business controller managing forecast, outlook, planning and variances in spend for Legal, CEO, Security and Strategy. Prior Dell experience in Procurement, Supply Chain & Costing Expertise, Controls & Compliance, FP & A, cross functional problem solving, executive presentations, business partnership, process design and improvement.Pre-Dell experience in Financial Planning, investment portfolio management and retirement planning.
