Heading purchase of all RM & PM for entire Prabhat Dairy group (Total spends Rs. 50 crs). • Vendor development, price negotiation and rate finalization. • Identifying new savings ideas, arrange samples, conduct trails and ensure implementation.• Generated savings worth 10% of spends (key projects – CBB RFQ, Milk film spec optimization, cup sleeve to printed and conversion negotiation, poly liner cost model, etc…) • Evaluate current buying process, identify opportunities and implement new methodologies for purchasing process improvement like RFQ’s, cost sheet model, bulk buying, VMI, JIT, etc…. • Managing & team handling (4 nos. reportees), internal and external audits, rejections, supplier issues, etc…
