Collaborate with clients in aerospace, defense, and commercial sectors to analyze technical requirements and recommend optimized electrical cable and wire harness configurations, ensuring compatibility with system design specifications and industry standards. Apply engineering principles to evaluate and improve designs, conduct detailed cost analyses, and prepare technical quotations in compliance with AS9100, MIL-SPEC, and other regulatory frameworks. Provide engineering and quality assurance support throughout New Product Introduction (NPI) cycles, including first article inspections, prototype evaluation, performance testing, and design-to-production transitions, ensuring manufacturability, safety, and compliance. Troubleshoot, inspect, and test electrical and electronic assemblies to identify and resolve design or production issues, improving product reliability and reducing material usage without compromising quality. Serve as a technical liaison between engineering, production, quality, and external stakeholders (OEMs, aerospace suppliers, manufacturers) to verify compliance with specifications and support regulatory audits. Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and implement continuous improvement measures to meet performance, safety, and reliability targets for mission-critical systems.
