As a cultivation manager I am responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company\'s cultivation operations from seed to harvest. l support the director of cultivation in various ways such as working with our ERP system to maintain accuracy and compliance, other various tasks include planting, trimming, watering, pruning plants and helping with scheduling and paperwork. I am proficient in various methods of growing such as Rotogro technology, vertical growing methods and normal hydroponic systems. Additional responsibilities include maintenance of our facilities equipment e.g Air conditioning units, grow lights, digital ballasts and operating heavy equipment when necessary.
