Following the decision to implement a tool for calculating and monitoring cycle times common to all Sanofi Vaccines production sites, the tool was implemented for the first time in January 2022. I took over the project at the same time as the internal processes of all the production buildings were modified, necessitating a readaptation of the tool throughout the site.IMPLEMENTATION- Collecting new requirements in the various production buildings- Preparation and planning of customized implementation in each building- Configuration and implementation of the tool according to the building\'s needs and processes- Training the teams on the current solution- Aftercare to ensure correct use of the toolPROJECT SUTAINABILITY- Improvement of processes within the team- Development and implementation of a user support request tracking application, as well as a user support request form- Set up routines to review support request indicators- Set up routines with Key Users to share the tool\'s new features- Review and update administrator and user documentations
