As an HR professional in the insurance industry I have the pleasure of interacting with amazing people, and having the opportunity to encourage, influence, support, challenge, and learn. Aviva has provided fantastic opportunities for me to grow and learn as a person and a professional. Working alongside inspiring leaders, intelligent, creative, and thought provoking people; at Aviva we challenge the status quo and everyday it feels like we are part of something big. It is refreshing to work cross-functionally, without borders, with a healthy dose of transparency. At Aviva, we “huddle” together and put our great minds to work to solve, create, and influence. Our culture of giving back to the communities coupled with a focus on climate change has inspired me to volunteer my time, including; Tree planting. Shore clean up, a parent volunteer at my children’s school, and becoming a Red Cross “Ready When The Time Comes” volunteer for disaster relief. Aviva is truly a great place to work!
