ABOUT ANGELIQUE PRICE

A change leader with over 10 years of proven expertise in implementing project delivery standards and in leading the Change Management stream on complex and large-scale initiatives, in the financial industry, as well as in government agencies; health care and software industries. I am fluent in French and English I bring a solution-oriented mindset to daily problems I am comfortable working in a fast-pace environment and with ambiguity I build successful partnerships and productive teams I focus on delivering exceptional customer and employee experience I motivate and coach others in achieving their career goals I successfully led the change management stream on multiple initiatives simultaneously to achieve business objectives while adapting the Change Management methodology to each project’ unique constraints. I led the change management activities on several regulatory projects to ensure smooth transition and adoption of to advisors to new regulations. I strategically planned the change management activities to help several teams transition to several new systems, while meeting with very tight deadlines and ensuring that all risks and issues were managed and addressed promptly. I have built strong relationships and collaborations with business leads, contributing to the project\'s success. I hold a PROSCI Change Management certification and a Diploma in Internet Solutions Development from the Institute for Computer Studies.
