With respect to old-fashioned values, my career to date has also taught me a unique perspective and skillset to accept, welcome, and adapt to new and complex challenges. I am good at what I do and a hard worker. I like to prioritize and customize my work on a day-to-day basis to maintain the highest standards. I hate sloppy work and counterproductive and disorganized environments. My personal motto is “Do 3 whole things, never 6 half things”. As an Executive Director of a 100% foreign-owned Korean company, I have been responsible for overall factory operational development and implementation of HR Management functions; selection & recruitment, such as preparing recruiting process, making candidates assessment forms, appointment, effectiveness evaluation. I have successfully and intricately executed business strategies and practices to constantly improve production capability, sample, cad, cutting, packing, quality, all types of costs. By maximizing production efficiency as well as optimizing manpower usage, I have managed to contribute to increasing the success rate and overall development of the company. As a General Manager of Palmal Group of Industries, I was responsible for managing overall company CHO and the factory’s employees’ performance development review, conflict management, feedback skills. Before I joined Palmal Group, I was working in a similar role in Loblaws Canada, J Sainsbury UK – an experience that has prepared me to excel in the operation and human resource arena. I had been living outside of Bangladesh for 17 years in different countries like – Canada, the USA, UK, during which I achieved 15 years of job experience from various foreign companies and acquired my education from renowned foreign institutions. I have worked for one of the best Canadian companies, namely George Weston Ltd, which represents Canada’s largest drug and fashion retail business through its control of Loblaw Companies Ltd. and Shoppers’ Drug Mart. Together forming the largest retailer in Canada with combined revenue of $42 billion, making the organization the 8th largest retailer in the world
