WORK HISTORY
Product Development Engineer @Qorvo, Inc.
Hillsboro, OR, US
Test Flow Design: Supported various MHB products, gaining hands-on experience across the full test flow, including DC, RF, servos, and post-tests with various waveforms. Designed test flows for reliability testing and established limits for both module-level and board-level components• Reliability Data Analysis: Reviewed data from reliability stress tests such as Temp Cycle, HTOL, UHAST, and BHAST, differentiating between actual failures and test setup issues. Worked closely with the Failure Analysis team to investigate root causes, identifying failure points by analyzing test data• Data Review & Statistical Analysis: Utilized Spotfire to review and analyze test data, identifying trends and issues. Generated reports using box plots and histograms to present data clearly to internal teams• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinated with teams to ensure proper testing, review test results, and ensure parts were shipped to various locations. Provided support and communication across Design, Test Engineering, and Quality teams• Test Limit & Specification Review: Established and reviewed test limits for various product categories, ensuring consistency and product performance against requirements. Created detailed test reports, specification coverage reports, and ensured alignment with industry standards• T0 Analysis: Performed T0 analysis to assess device performance post-assembly, providing insights into any potential performance degradation and opportunities for improvement

ABOUT ASNIA KHAN
I hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, with a specialization in RF and Wireless Communication. I bring a strong foundation in RF/Microwave fundamentals, along with real-world experience in RF testing, data analysis, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.During my graduate studies @USF, I gained hands-on expertise in RF circuit design, simulation, and measurement analyzing key parameters such as Gain, Noise Figure (NF), VSWR, IP3, P1dB, Harmonics, Leakage, and IMD. My academic projects enhanced my understanding of Power Amplifiers, LNAs, Matching Networks, Filters, Transmission Lines, and S-parameters, and further strengthened my skills in ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, and lab instrumentation like VNAs, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators. In my role as a Product Development Engineer @ Qorvo, I supported a variety of MHB (Mixed-signal High Bandwidth) products and contributed across the full test flow including DC, RF, servo, and post-tests. I designed test flows for reliability testing and established test limits for both module-level and board-level components. Participated in reliability stress tests such as HTOL, Temp Cycle, UHAST, and BHAST, working closely with the Failure Analysis team to differentiate between true failures and setup-related issues.I used Spotfire for test data analysis, identifying trends through statistical tools such as box plots and histograms, and presented findings through detailed reports. My role also required extensive cross-functional coordination across Design, Test Engineering, and Quality teams to support test readiness, data review, and product shipment. I am actively seeking new opportunities in the RF industry, where I can continue to grow and apply my expertise in RF Engineering and Wireless Communication.Core Technical Areas:RF Design: Antennas, Matching Networks, Filters, Power Amplifiers, LNAsWireless Concepts: LTE, OFDM, CDMA, Bluetooth, WLAN, MAC Layer, Modulation TechniquesRF Metrics: S-Parameters, VSWR, NF, Phase Noise, IP3, P1dB, TOI, EVM, CCDFTools & Equipment: Keysight ADS, Cadence Virtuoso, VNA, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator, Spectrum Analyzer, Power Meter, SpotfireI look forward to connecting with fellow RF professionals and contributing to teams driving next-generation wireless technologies.
