ABOUT AUSTIN S. MARCUS

Having worked in airlines and SaaS verticals, one thing for me stands out: Revenue & Sales operations have an intangible pull, i.e. once you are in it, you do not want to leave.+ A brief snapshot: In my recent adventures at Synera GmbH using Salesforce.com and Hubspot CRMs, I am helping improve revenue impact by strategic and tactical implementation of simplified sales processes, getting rid of pipeline bottlenecks and increasing accuracy in data flow. While working with a world class team, I also have the opportunity to support, facilitate and deliver on various projects spanning the customer journey consultancy, Ops strategy, sales performance metrics and process improvement and more. I enjoy taking business requirements and translating them into sales processes automations. Diving deeper in KPIs and metrics to support the team and leaders in revenue visibility and insights. I approach my work with discipline and resilience which work cohesively to help focus on projects. I perceive my work as an opportunity to make a positive impact. With a growth mindset, I always aim to learn, apply and grow.+ On the personal side: I enjoy outdoor sports and ready to get hands dirty with good old & . I also find keeping myself engaged with continuous revenue operations learning as well as philosophical and science/religion topics quite fulfilling.
