Led multi-million-dollar 10 mil+ initiative for achieving net zero energy for a customer based in Ontario; this project was highly complex involving complex equipment design, budget constraints, construction permits, overseas equipment delivery, and harsh weather conditions• Led the design and development of portfolio major capital projects in the magnitude of 80 million + for a customer based in Rhode Island to produce Biogas from food waste; the team handled the project right from RFP stage, ITB to the qualified contractors, selection of the contractor and negotiations, schedule, and budget control, change orders control, and final commissioning and handover of the various process units to operations• Led the engineering design and commissioning of various highly complex process equipment; the commissioning involved hazard analysis, review of the process interlocks, IO checks, and loop checks
