I conduct Gemba walks, proactively detect equipment issues, and collaborate closely with maintenance teams to ensure smooth and safe operations.Previously at Vital Electronics & Manufacturing Co, I led initiatives that significantly reduced production cycle times and operational costs. I redesigned warehouse layouts to improve inventory capacity and implemented automation to enhance product quality and streamline inspections.
