Experience working as part of core teams in start-up departments. Primary strengths include strategy development, tactical execution, risk and compliance management, strong project management, analytical, process improvement, process change, process re-engineering and business partnering skill (applying Six Sigma, Lean and Process Excellence methodologies, Agile methodologies), as well as demonstrative leadership roles. Responsible for developing and lead control execution strategy and partner with control owners in TIAA India & Nuveen Tech & Ops to mitigate Operational & IT Risk and help strengthen our control environment. I do assess risk policies or programs, business process risk, and controls that impact the Manage Change process, controls, and procedures. Working with key internal partners to distill complex concepts into pragmatic and simplified/targeted solutions. I do identify issues and opportunities of process improvement / process change and present solutions. Interact with multiple departments and staff members at all levels of the company. Prepare reports and deliver project status reports. Evaluate project efficacy and determine best practice upon project completion. Contribute to development of department policies and procedure. Ensure regulatory compliance. Responsible to provide the roadmap and business architecture to support the strategic direction for Enterprise Standard Service Offerings, delivery and operation of access management services, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy. I do provide guidance and information on service offerings and how they can be supported.
