Key responsibilities-Create and manage innovative digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement across social media platforms -Led and coordinated the dynamic production team responsible for curating an exceptional and captivating lifestyle brand photoshoot experience, one of Elite\'s service offerings-Developed and executed a meticulously planned PR event at Birmingham\'s Bullring and Grand Central, showcasing astute organizational skills and attention to detail-Utilized cutting-edge video equipment, cinema cameras and technology to elevate the quality of media productions during the event-Develop and execute content marketing strategies to support campaign goals -Monitor and manage social media accounts, including responding to messages and comments -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, IT, Production Teams, and Directors to support campaign rollouts and other marketing activities-Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement -Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments to inform marketing strategies -Use industry-standard software and programs such as Canva, Calendly, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suit to create marketing materials and manage campaigns -Participate in team-building events to contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment -Take ownership of projects and display a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset -Complete other duties and projects assigned by the marketing manager or other team members
