Handling Procurement of Material & Services required for Asset Management and O&M of 11+ GW capacities Solar Plants (Ground Mounted + Rooftop) located in different geographies of country. This role includes finalisation of Suppliers, Contractors & service providers required for different business verticals to fulfill the Business needs. Team Size: 10+i. Operations & Maintenance: of Utility scale and Distributed or Rooftop solar Plants along with associated infrastructure. ii. Teqtics: PV Labs, SCADA, Testing, Drone Thermography, and Re-powering. Software: IT assets and other requirements related to software vertical. iv. MCAS: Procurement of PV Module cleaning robots along with associated accessories and material & required services. Responsible For:1. Nurturing People & Development of team. Guiding & Mentoring the team. Assigning KRA/KPIs to team and review the same. Identification and development of strategic partners/Vendors.5. Source-to-Pay (S2P) & P2P. 6.Vendor Development & Management. Direct & Indirect Procurement of Material & Services.8. OpEx & CapEx.9. Co-ordination with Operations team, Legal, BD team and other stake holders.10. Supplier relationship management.11. Suppliers feedback & address their grievances.12. Dispute Resolution 13. Obligation Management.14. Statuary & Legal compliance.15. Cost Management & Resource Planning. Claim Management (Variation Orders & Amendment, EOT). Risk Assessment & Management. Process Improvement & Business Excellence.
