With hands-on experience across Production Crew, Dreams Vault Xperiences, and Next Normal, I have led on-ground execution for large-scale corporate events, concerts, weddings, and experiential productions. I operate at the intersection of logistics, leadership, and financial control — ensuring that every event is delivered seamlessly, on time, and within budget.Over the past two years, I’ve taken ownership of end-to-end production operations — from pre-production planning and vendor sourcing to manpower deployment, technical supervision, and live-show crisis management. I’m comfortable managing high-pressure environments where quick decisions, clear communication, and structured coordination are critical.A key strength I bring is commercial awareness. Beyond execution, I actively manage production budgets — negotiating vendor costs, optimizing resource allocation, tracking on-ground expenses, and ensuring cost efficiency without compromising output quality.
