Responsible for creation and modification of Tool Orders, Condition of Supply, Visual Work Instructions, Modification Notices, First Article Inspection (FAI), Standard Time Calculation analysis for Assembly and sub assembly Workbooks. Responsible for creation of build plans for Primary and Secondary structures, System Installations and Electrical Installations. As a Technical Lead, I m responsible for providing innovative ideas for process optimization, improvement and cycle time reduction. Building, mentoring and motivating team members to align with the project requirements and exceeding organizational goals. Bridging Stronger communication with customer and team members. Maintaining FTR and OTD for all deliverables >98%
