Responsibilities:• Job execution as per JSA of Safety Officer.• Problem-solving, coordinate fabrication & erection.• Align fabrication activities as per front-of-site erection.• Kick Off Meeting with contractor.• Purchase Order “PO” Preparation.• Day-to-day coordination and field administration.• Supports to RCM in project controls, safety & quality.• Inspection of materials received at the site and maintain data sheet.• Ensure only approved materials are issued to the contractor• Resolve day-to-day issues faced on technical matters.• Ensure the approved method statement, JSA & work permit are followed by the contractor.• Ensure the latest revision of the IFC drawing is used.• Highlight the field problems, non-conformity, deviations, etc.• Witness tests related to piping work, supervision, and surveillance of quality aspect work.• Witness tests related to civil work, supervision, and surveillance of quality.• Check the completed job.• Ensure calibration of test instruments is done at the site.• Coordinating all disciplines with clients & contractors for smooth execution.• System Loop files checking.• System Testing, Commissioning• Communicate & report daily progress with Planning.• Participating in Dynamic Risk assessment during execution of the work.• Review and comment on the Contractor Method statement.
