ABOUT ASHLYND SELLERS
I am a junior at Florida State University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management, along with a certificate in Leadership Studies, with an anticipated graduation of Spring 2027. I am interested in pursuing a career in underwriting, financial forecasting, or risk mitigation, guided by values of leadership, dedication, and continuous growth.I am actively involved in campus leadership and currently serve as Vice President of Executive Affairs for the Florida State Panhellenic Association. In this role, I oversee risk management and accountability processes for 17 organizations representing over individuals. Professionally, I’ve gained industry experience as a Claim Professional Development Intern at Travelers Insurance Company. This summer, I am excited to return to Travelers as a Business Underwriting Intern, in their Greater Philadelphia Area Office!My long-term goal is to pursue a career in underwriting, where I can apply my analytical skills, understanding of risk, and leadership experience to support informed decision-making and effective risk mitigation.
