ABOUT ASHLEY ROGERS

Ashley Rogers is an experienced real estate professional with a background in asset management, acquisitions, and operations across the commercial, multifamily, and residential verticals. She is currently a Manager, Asset Management at Macerich (NYSE: MAC), a fully integrated multibillion dollar public REIT, which owns over 47 million square feet of commercial real estate nationally. MAC operates 44 shopping destination centers in desirable markets across 13 states.Prior to that, Ashley was the Director of Acquisitions at Residential Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, where she was responsible for sourcing, modeling, and developing investment opportunities. She previously acted as an acquisitions professional at Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) in Beverly Hills, California, where she performed acquisition analyses, completed investment committee decks, and prepared letters of intent. In 2020, she was a real estate private equity summer associate at Amherst Holdings in Austin, Texas, where she performed valuation and strategy analysis as a member of the Portfolio Management team. A 2021 MBA graduate of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Ashley concentrated in finance, statistics, and entrepreneurship with a focus in real estate and was a Co-Chair of the Real Estate Group. Prior to graduate school, Ashley was a wealth and asset management (WAM) assurance senior associate in EY\'s Financial Services Organization (FSO) practice in Chicago, focused on private equity and hedge fund clients. Previously, she was an assurance intern in EY\'s FSO serving WAM clients. Prior to that, Ashley was a private equity research analyst intern in EY\'s Chicago office. Ashley is a CPA licensed to practice in both Texas and Illinois.Ashley has been engaged in the private equity community since her internship in EY\'s Global Private Equity Sector Center in 2013. She represented EY at the Private Equity Consortium at the University of North Carolina (2014) and participated in Columbia University\'s MBA Private Equity Deal Camp (2018). She completed Wall Street Prep\'s Financial and Valuation Modeling and Breaking into Wall Street\'s Real Estate and REIT Modeling course.Ashley completed her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University in May 2015 with a major in accountancy. In the summer of 2015, she completed Wake Forest University\'s five-week Business Data Analytics Program and in 2016 received her Master of Science in Accountancy. In 2023, Ashley was named to a three-year term on the Wake Forest University School of Business Alumni Council.
