When I work with a company I build targets for performance and culture, working to understand the customer, the product value and the methods of achieving success.Retail Styling and Merchandising - It\'s more than just product on a shelf. I help do store layouts, product placement and even staff training on how to merchandise and maintain product. It comes down to defining the company brand, identifying the ideal customer experience and merchandising to capture that expression. It might sound simple, but it has a huge impact on retail sales. Professional and clean - customers notice the difference.HR and Staff Training - Retail needs service to be successful.The quality of your team directs the success of your store. It has to, otherwise there wouldn\'t be so many people working in retail. The difference is the quality and effectivenss of this team. From the top down, I coach management, build team strategies and help sales associates with customer service. Upselling, promotion and assistance, these are the hallmarks of a great retail employee. To get to this point however, you need proper training and motivation.
