Business Development Manager – Checkmate WarrantyAt Checkmate Warranty, we specialise in providing structural warranties, Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBGs), and bonds to protect projects and give stakeholders confidence.In my role as Business Development Manager, I work closely with:Property Developers – ensuring new builds and regeneration schemes are covered with the right structural warranties.Contractors & Subcontractors – helping them secure IBGs and bonds to win and deliver projects.Lenders & Funders – supporting them with warranty-backed lending requirements.My focus is on building relationships, understanding project challenges, and tailoring solutions that protect investments while enabling growth.This role allows me to combine my background in client engagement with a genuine passion for the property and construction sector, helping businesses de-risk projects and move forward with confidence.
