As a Management Consultant at CapTech, I am able to work with organizations to help them realize their potential through their most valuable resource, their people. If organizations don\'t respond to the needs of their customers, then the organization is at risk. While the journey can feel daunting, it is empowering to have a champion for you walking along side to help you succeed. I worked in operations and Learning & Development for many years; when I realized I wanted to pursue my MBA in Human Resources and Leadership. When I began to explore areas of interest, coaching and change management intrigued me because these areas allow people and organizations to meet their desired goals. As I am more involved in Organizational Change Management, I realize this is an area where we all need to be agile. My goal when working with people and organizations is to always instill the concept of \"continuous improvement.\" When I am not working, I enjoy reading, hiking and spending time with my 3 Goddaughters!
