I have been in the IT and communications industry since 2004. Having joined Focus Group in 2011, I have held numerous roles over the years and as our team has expanded I have been able to move in to a more specialised role and now head up our Microsoft product offering which includes the Microsoft 365 suite, Microsoft Azure, Teams telephony & Mobility + Security. My role centres around sales, pre-sales, maintenance of our Microsoft accreditations, solution design, development of our self-service portal and generally keeping abreast of the ever changing world of Microsoft.
