A versatile and pragmatic Mechanical Engineer with 15 years experience within the trials, test and development envelope. Currently part of the UK Boxer MIV programme with Rheinmetall Defence. Previous programmes include, • General Dynamics Land System set to deliver the next generation of reconnaissance vehicles to the British Army. • JCBs Research and Advanced Engineering Team, developing innovative prototype and industry staple construction equipment. • General Dynamics Land Systems - Force Protection Europes FOXHOUND Urgent Operational Requirement (UOR). Delivering the advanced Light Protected Patrol Vehicles (LPPV) to the British Army in Afghanistan. • 12 years of service in the Royal Engineers, primarily focused around Armoured Fighting Vehicles (AFVs), with my last 5 years service spent with the Royal Engineers Trials and Development Unit (ATDU Bovington) which saw me partake in bespoke verification and reliability growth trials, UOR modifications and the delivery of a number of vehicle platforms notedly the T3 project; Trojan, Titan and Terrier.
