As a Creative Assistant at Flourish, my role covers a mix of marketing, strategy, and creative support. Day to day, I focus on social media marketing, sales outreach, and building client pitches, while also creating and analysing content to make sure campaigns perform at their best.Alongside this, I support the wider team with creative tasks like brainstorming ideas, researching trends, pulling together proposals, and helping with shoots and events when needed. The role has given me the chance to combine creativity with data-driven marketing, and I really enjoy working on projects that not only look great but deliver results.
