A rare mixture of experience in being a food technologist and a Chef,currently working for a plant based company in creating smart protein for the smarter generation, a world where we can sustain with no blood stain. I would also like to pursue a career in the food and beverage industry and broaden my horizon. I maintain a constant interest in this area, which has been demonstrated by my work experience and academic performance. I also like to cook and I try and understand the origin and sourcing of food ingredients. Besides this, I am a family oriented person, quite friendly and empathetic. I like to travel and love experiencing nature!
