I am responsible for leading and managing the entire marketing team to develop and execute the brand\'s marketing strategy in North America to increase brand awareness and market share.Under my leadership, we planned and executed several large-scale brand promotions, including annual fashion shows, celebrity endorsement partnerships, and VIP customer events, which significantly increased brand exposure and customer engagement.On the sales side, I successfully drove the brand\'s sales growth in the North American market, averaging 15% CAGR.
