Working currently as a Senior Manager for Transitions. Responsible for - a. Transitioning new processes and stabilizing the same for smooth operations.b. Implementing systems, migrating systems to upgraded versions to achieve maximum efficiency in various operations; spearheading process improvement initiatives.c. Develop transition framework to suit different requirements- volumes/domain/cultured. Develop robust templates for building standard operating procedures/quality plan-trackers/escalationse. Prepare and maintain integrated quality management system documents during transition and post transition phase, updating and maintaining the samef. Optimum and effective resource utilization including contingency / back up planning.g. Monitor and coordinate SLAs and to ensure world class excellence of service delivery to the Clients and to the end Customersh. Collates and reports standard operational and quality metrics to the Management. i. Working collaboratively with the offsite locations & regional offices to anticipate and understand customer expectations and satisfaction levels and translate that knowledge into process improvements /changes in order to improve effectiveness.j. Strong in process mapping, data analysis and use of Quality tools Project Management:• Track Project Progress and report deviations for deadlines along with resolution plans• Identify all key elements which have cross references across various teams• To assist the Agency ( Countries ) office through Project Management methodology to manage various actions pertaining to procedure / process documentation and change management areas.
