A biomedical science researcher specialized in the development of innovative therapeutic strategies in cancer research. My expertise centers on investigating the bioactive potential of microbial metabolites in targeting cancer cells. I have extensive experience evaluating their anticancer properties in both 2D (monolayer) and 3D (spheroid) cell culture models using advanced techniques such as flow cytometry, cell-based assays, cell signaling analysis, and gene expression studies through qRT-PCR, Western blotting, and immunocytochemistry. With extensive experience in molecular cloning, heterologous protein expression, and large-scale recombinant protein production, I have also contributed in improving the insecticidal efficiency of entomopathogenic fungi for potential biopesticide development. Additionally, I have experience in the mutational analysis of disease-related genes in patients co-infected with HIV and HBV on long term retroviral therapy.
