Syngene International Limited: • Proposed, demonstrated, developed non-reported, novel, process-friendly, and scalable routes of synthesis of three new chemical entities (NCE’s). • Involved in route scouting and drafting ROS and developing fit-for-purpose synthetic route to design NCE’s. • Planning daily activities for a team to ensure timely delivery of projects • Project traking to ensure QUOTIF targets are achieved. • Co-ordinating with cross-funtional teams to ensure smooth navigation of project. • Preparing, and effectively communicating results and updates to clients on weekly basis.Laxai Life Sciences: • Design, execution, and troubleshooting of multistep custom synthesis of heterocyclic and chiral moleculesIISER Pune:• I defended my Ph.D. thesis at the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER), Pune, India, advised by Dr. Sandanaraj Britto. • My Ph.D. work has focused on designing a chemical methodology to construct stimuli-responsive, monodisperse, facially amphiphilic protein- dendron conjugates and understand their self-assembly and dis-assembly behavior. • Working on above projects has allowed me to develop strengths and skills that are transferable and relevant to fields such as the organic synthesis, development of targeted drug/gene delivery vehicles, antibody-drug/polymer bioconjugates.
