WORK HISTORY
@UCHealth
Denver, CO, US
Volunteering at UCHealth has been an incredibly rewarding experience that aligns perfectly with my passion for improving patient care. By championing the mission of \"We Improve Lives,\" I have worked diligently to enhance the overall patient experience. One of my proudest moments was contributing to a significant improvement in service delivery times by 20% which directly impacted patient satisfaction ratings. Navigating busy environments has taught me how to recognize individual needs even under pressure. This effort led to a remarkable 15% increase in positive feedback from patients and their families. Additionally, adhering strictly to infection control practices and communication standards not only strengthened our initiatives but also ensured compliance with essential healthcare regulations. Working with a diverse group of patients has deepened my understanding of cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence within healthcare contexts. Assisting over 300 patients each week has reinforced the importance of promoting dignity and respect at every interaction. This role has also provided me with foundational insights into healthcare workflows that will serve as a strong basis for future positions in health systems operations or informatics.

ABOUT ARUNIMA ALLURI
Health Informatics | Clinical Research & Data Management | PharmD | Driving Innovation in Digital Health & Patient-Centered Technologies I have a deep-rooted passion for healthcare that combines my clinical knowledge with a strong foundation in data analytics. With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a Master’s in Health Data Informatics from the University of Denver, I thrive on transforming complex data into meaningful insights that can enhance patient care and streamline clinical processes. My journey has taken me through various roles where I have been fortunate to contribute to significant advancements in digital health and patient-centered technologies. During my time as a Clinical Research Coordinator at AIG Hospitals, I had the opportunity to manage Phase I-IV clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas like infectious diseases and endocrinology. This role was not just about overseeing studies,it was about ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned and executed to drive innovation in patient care. One of my proudest moments was successfully navigating regulatory compliance while maintaining the integrity of the research process. Before that, as an Improvement Clinical Pharmacist at Bhaskar General Hospital, I focused on medication safety and enhancing patient outcomes. Conducting over 1,200 comprehensive medication reviews each year allowed me to see firsthand how small changes can lead to 30% improvements in patient safety metrics. It’s incredibly rewarding to know that my work directly impacts patients’ lives. Outside of work, I am always looking for ways to stay engaged with the community and explore new ideas in healthcare innovation. Whether it’s attending workshops or collaborating with peers on projects aimed at improving health outcomes through technology, I believe there’s always something new to learn. If you are interested in discussing innovative approaches within health informatics or exploring collaboration opportunities in clinical research and data management, feel free to reach out via email!
