Performed full life cycle of technical recruiting and hiring candidates for the full-time opportunities of TCS, India. Sourced candidates for Walk-Ins. Practice numerous sourcing strategies including placement, job postings, directs sourcing and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates. Identifies screening criteria and screens pre-qualified candidates according to the skills, experience, salary and location etc. Shortlist and Interview candidates according to the Job requirement. Monitors and tracks candidate pipeline and ensures it is adequate to meet the requirements of the open vacancies Negotiate on Salary aspects, data of joining and benefits to close the positions. Provide feedback to candidates from hiring managers post interviews. Creating the candidate profiles in TCS career portal for the selected candidates and assist them to complete the on boarding documents in order to release the offer Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and vendors. Extensive experience on working with Job portals and social networking sites. Interact with Business/Project/Technical managers to understand the requirements in terms of skills/roles. Optimal utilization of recruitment tool like ISOURCE and GRS for application tracking system Involved in volume / Bulk Hiring for project based positions for the requirements. Generate and Maintain resource / recruitment database. Involve in complete recruitment life cycle of technical and non- technical candidates through Job Portals, Referrals, Walk-ins, HR discussion, Salary Negotiation with hands-on experience for hiring best and Niche skill talent. Collaborating closely with the hiring managers/ stake holders to understand their requirements, prepare execution plan and execute it within timeline/SLA and close it with best fit candidates
