I lead product strategy and roadmap for critical in-house products within the SaaS Engineering org. I lead a PM team that drives a comprehensive roadmap for licensing, product configuration, product adoption and customer insights systems.CS 360 Pro (Customer Insights & Adoption AI Platform)I ideated and led the development of CS 360 Pro, a customer insights and adoption analytics platform designed to replace older dashboards and siloed tools. The platform is used extensively by customer-facing teams and product teams to proactively understand customer usage patterns, ensure renewals, and discover expansion opportunities. My and my PM team’s responsibilities include:• Accelerate adoption of AI/ML technologies to deliver accurate customer insights including - Built Gen AI (LLM/MCP) agent that leverages APIs and Text-to-SQL to get the maximum and accurate insights about customers- Delivered ML (XGBoost) based predictive analytics such as renewal risk scores and propensity scores, leveraging techniques such as SHAP Waterfall, K-Fold cross validation and SMOTE.• Ideated and led a central Product Configuration Management system that defines and tracks all Nutanix products and features• Delivered key features such as one-click QBR and customer progress check reports, custom save-and-share reports, product adoption metrics, health checks, and support case analytics.• Expanding user base to marketing and corporate strategy to support internal report generation needs.LicensingMy role has been critical in the company\'s shift to subscriptions and its hybrid multi-cloud strategy. My PM team’s responsibilities include:• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including PMs, the pricing team, and revenue ops, to define licensing requirements• Lead key projects such as mandating license activation, usage enforcement, and rolling out pay-as-you-go models• Act as Nutanix\'s spokesperson to explain licensing direction and functionality to customers and sales teams
