I am an interdisciplinary designer specialising in moving organisations from tactical delivery to systemic strategy. Having evolved through the orders of design—from the micro-usability of UX to the macro-complexity of Systems Thinking—I specialise on building transitional services that help societies and organisations through \"wicked problems.\" I also build resilient teams to support these transitions. In just over a decade in design I\'ve risen UX maturity of healthcare startups, lead research teams through digital transofrmation in government, developed a Human-Centred AI framework, and delivered countless design and researh projects.
