Shedmate is a startup and I am responsible for developing new solutions to the construction industry. This role requires an in-depth knowledge of the industry in Australia and high managerial skills. I am in charge of the execution of the business, which includes leading the team, dealing with finance, government grants, lawyers, accountants and all required day to day activities to promote our business. I am also in charge of the development of marketing and management strategies for the commercialization of the software, which includes a mix of executive, management and marketing tasks.This role is key for the formalization of the company and requires flexibility to work in multiple areas at the same time. I am passionate for what I do and I can\'t stop learning!
