Notable clients include the European Space Agency, EY, Cinegear Expo, Live Group, EventsAir, and Rapid News Group, among others.Key duties:• Leading the end-to-end technical production of corporate conferences, trade shows, and exhibitions from planning to event implementation and post-event debriefs.• Collaborating closely with clients and project managers to define technical requirements and develop tailored technical solutions aligned with event goals and budgets.• Managing production budgets, including equipment procurement, labour costs, and logistical overheads, ensuring cost control without compromising quality outcome.• Supporting event organisers with bulk data imports and exports within online registration platforms, ensuring accurate data handling and reporting.• Integrating branded digital name badges into event registration technical setups, compatible with online event management platforms such as EventsAir, Entegy Events, and ExpoPlatform.• Supervising freelance AV technicians and registration staff, ensuring efficient setup, high production standards, and adherence to health & safety protocols.• Managing logistics for AV equipment and registration hardware across international events, including customs planning, transport, cross-hire and on-site coordination.• Focused on maintaining brand consistency and delivering successful projects that meet client expectations at every stage.
