I build AI products that connect people to knowledge.Over 12 years, I\'ve shipped AI/ML products at every stage of company growth — from a 10-person conversational AI startup that scaled to 70+ people and was acquired, to a Big-5 Canadian bank, to a global expert network platform. Here\'s what that looks like in practice: → At Guidepoint, I lead AI product strategy as Director of Product Management, AI/ML. I built AskGP — an agentic RAG chatbot that synthesises expert interview data — driving a 25% lift in platform engagement and improving trial-to-subscription conversion. I also designed a multi-agent orchestration framework for Deep Research and built a comprehensive AI agent evaluation framework for LLM capability benchmarking. → At Scotiabank, I led the AI Innovation Squad. I directed the end-to-end program that took the Android app from 2.0 → 4.7 stars — the highest rating among Canada\'s Big 5 banks — while also shipping LLM prototypes and AI-powered personalisation features for 10M+ digital banking customers. → At Wysdom.AI (acquired by Calabrio), I joined early and helped build the company from the ground up. I shipped chatbot flow management tools that reduced creation time by 80%, and analytics platforms that boosted bot performance by up to 90% — all while leading a 12-person cross-functional team serving seven enterprise clients. My sweet spot is the intersection of product strategy and AI/ML: translating what models can actually do into what users genuinely need. I work hands-on with agentic AI systems, multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, LLM evaluation frameworks, NLP, and prompt engineering — and I lead engineering, and design teams with enough technical context to make good tradeoffs fast.
