I hold an MBA degree in Human Resources Management from Amity University, and a BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from IIMT Group of Colleges. I have over two years of experience as an HR Consultant at Spectrum Talent Management, where I sourced IT profiles for various clients. My core competencies include technical recruiting, IT recruitment, and HR consulting. As an HR Consultant, I worked with a team of professionals to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions for IT positions, both domestic and international. I leveraged my skills in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating with candidates, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. I was motivated by the challenge of finding the best talent for the most demanding roles, and I enjoyed learning from diverse perspectives and experiences.
