ABOUT ARTHUR NETO

The experience I have achieved throughout my working career has enabled me to interact with many different people from many different walks of life. These interactions have allowed me develop a high level of communication skills, that I leverage and adapt to a vast range of situations when communicating with people, to ensure those interacting with me have the best experience possible. Living abroad also helped me to develop my interpersonal skills, as it made me understand and celebrate the diversity of people, therefore motivating me in helping them to develop their own skills throughout the process. I do believe that a strong team of people that help each other develop their skills faster, smarter and easier than an usual team. Thinking about that, throughout my work experience, I have been working with my team and for my team.
